Acceptable Use Policy

Every customer, team member and partner who uses IvaFlow must follow this policy. Where a customer uses the Service to send messages on behalf of others (for example, a business messaging its own customers), the customer is responsible for ensuring those messages also comply. Partners are additionally responsible for the messaging conduct of the customers they onboard, as described in the Terms of Service.

You may not use the Service to create, send, promote or facilitate any of the following:

• Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or messages sent to recipients who have not consented or otherwise have a lawful basis to be contacted.
• Phishing, fraud, deceptive schemes, or misrepresenting your identity or the purpose of a message.
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Content you do not have the right to use, including intellectual property belonging to others.
• Financial schemes, gambling or other activities restricted by applicable law or by the policies of the messaging platforms we integrate with.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your contact lists. You represent that every contact you upload or message was obtained lawfully and that you have permission to contact them. You must honour opt-out requests promptly, identify your business in your messages where required, and comply with the rules of the WhatsApp Business platform and applicable anti-spam laws. Sending to recipients who never opted in — even purchased or scraped lists — is strictly prohibited.

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers' accounts; scrape or harvest data other than your own; reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law; resell access without a signed partner agreement; or share credentials and API credentials in ways that break the Terms of Service. Automated abuse of the Service's APIs, including attempts to bypass rate limits or plan limits, is a violation of this policy.

We investigate reported violations. Where practical and lawful, we will warn you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue first — but serious violations (including illegal content, spam at scale, or threats to recipient safety) may result in immediate suspension of messaging or termination of the account, consistent with the Terms of Service. Where required by law or by the policies of the messaging platforms we integrate with, we must act on their instructions, including restricting accounts that generate abuse reports.

If you believe a IvaFlow customer is violating this policy, report it to ivaflow@designiva.in with any evidence that helps us investigate (message content, date, and the number or account involved). We treat credible reports seriously and handle them confidentially where possible.

We may update this policy as the Service and the messaging ecosystem evolve. Material changes are announced on the platform or by email before they take effect. Because this policy is acknowledged as part of the Terms of Service, changes that materially affect your obligations follow the Terms of Service re-acceptance process, and the version and effective date shown at the top of this page always identify the version in force.
