Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature, and you don't need a card to start. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going. If you haven't subscribed yet, your account pauses (nothing is deleted) until you choose one.
How does billing work?+
Plans are billed in Indian Rupees through a secured payment gateway — you can pay with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Choose monthly billing, or pick annual billing and save 10% (two months on us). Your plan activates the moment your payment is confirmed, and your billing history with downloadable invoices lives in the Billing section of your dashboard.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Yes. You can upgrade whenever your business outgrows your current limits — for example when you cross 1,000 contacts on Starter. Monthly and annual subscriptions are both available, and you can switch at any time from your dashboard. If you need a custom adjustment to your account, contact us at ivaflow@designiva.in and our team will help.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?+
Yes — IvaFlow sends messages through the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta), which requires your own WhatsApp Business number. Setup happens inside IvaFlow during onboarding, and your number stays yours. We also warn you in advance when your API token is about to expire so your campaigns never break silently.
What happens if I hit my plan limits?+
Your campaigns and CRM keep working, but you will be prevented from exceeding contact or team-member limits until you upgrade. Enterprise has no limits on contacts, campaigns or team members.
What happens when my free trial ends?+
Your account freezes — you can't send campaigns or use the dashboard until you subscribe. Your contacts, pipeline, templates and history are all kept safe, and everything unfreezes the moment your payment is confirmed. If you subscribe within the trial or right after, nothing changes at all.
Do you offer white-label for agencies?+
Yes. On the Enterprise plan, agencies and resellers can run IvaFlow under their own brand and domain, with a partner dashboard to track referred customers. Talk to us to get set up.
